UK-based Spectra has produced a four stage in-house packaging process expressly for customers looking for an alternative to custom molding.
Spectra sales director Jonathan Powell said they have undertood that some brands need the flexibility to go to market in a number of size options.
"Our customers want their brand to stand out in a competitive marketplace. Using our four-step process enables customers to make the most of their packaging, bringing unique styling to existing standard containers," Powell said.
Achieved in house at its plant in rural Suffolk, the four-stage process allows customers to choose one of over 150 off-the-shelf shapes in either HDPE/PET.
According to the company, they have developed ways for customers to achieve unique containers without the need for new tooling.
