Three Companies Cooperate to Fabricate Innovative Products

Harcourt orchardist and cider maker Drew Henry and Bress Wine, Cider & Produce director and winemaker Adam Marks have teamed up to produce Harcourt Perry and Cider.

Just like the real cider, the new Harcourt Perry and Cider consists of cider produced from real apples and pears sourced from local growers. It has 5% ABV levels and 40g of residual sugar, reported The Shout.

Henry told the website that the new brand will be taking on Strongbow, with its artificial carbonation and sweeter taste profile likely to appeal more readily to the mainstream consumer.

Around 90,000 liters of cider has been produced till now, which is available in independent bottle shops in Melbourne with soon to distribute it nationally.
