Mango, Spain’s leading international fashion brand, has appointed Toni Ruiz as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as the new member of its Board of Directors, effective mid-February.
Toni Ruiz, 45, has a degree in Business Sciences and Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Economics and Company Management from the IESE Business School. He has spent much of his outstanding professional career at Leroy Merlin, part of Groupe Adeo, where he has worked from 1999 until now, occupying various positions, including financial management in Spain and control and planning at international level.
The executive will be a part of the current Board, made up of two executive vice-chairmen board members who include Jonathan Andic and Daniel López. Alongside them, the current Board is made up of the chairman, Isak Andic, and the board members Enric Casi and Carlos Costa.
Founded in 1984, Mango operates with a working staff of more than 12, 200 people. The brand has 240 stores in 42 countries. (GK)
