American National Property And Casualty Company (ANPAC), Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company have selected Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet the specific needs for claims management, which will increase their operational efficiencies and long-term business growth.
Commenting on the new risk management solution, ANPAC chief information officer senior vice president Bernard Gerwel said that the underwriter had picked up Guidewire ClaimCenter for the maturity of the product and for its track record of successful implementations.
"We also felt good about the depth and breadth of the Guidewire team's industry knowledge and experience," Gerwel said.
ANPAC's executive vice president, chief claims officer Robert Campbell said, "We needed a system that could handle our current lines of business and had the flexibility to grow with our business and client demands. Guidewire ClaimCenter has the configurability and scalability for which we were looking."
Guidewire Software's ClaimCenter product can be used for all personal and commercial lines of business at both companies, the firm said.
The risk management solution is available as a separate system or as part of Guidewire InsuranceSuite, and can be incorporated into an insurer's legacy systems or third-party applications.
