People who are allergic to almonds can experience a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The product being recalled is Udi's Gluten Free Au Naturel Granola,with UPC 6-98997-80615-8 and Best By 041913 12265 1.The product was sold in 12-ounce bags.
The recall was initiated after the company identified that almonds were mixed with the oats in the product at the end of the production run,due to an error.
No illnesses or allergic reactions involving this product have been reported to date.Consumers who have purchased this product have been requested to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.This recall does not include any other Udi's products or lot codes.
