Frontline Insurance, an insurer serving homeowners throughout the southeast US, has added umbrella insurance product to its homeowner's product line.
The launch is a part of Frontline's long-term strategic growth plan to expand its presence geographically and through product enhancements.
Available to Florida residential customers, the product provides them with a single carrier option to cover a wide range of homeowner insurance requirements.
Also called as excess liability insurance, the program is intended for individual properties, including high-value homes, the company said.
Frontline president Leman Porter said, "Now Florida homeowners are able to protect themselves when the unexpected happens, with up to $2 million in additional coverage."
The insurer plans to rollout the product across other states in the country in 2014.
