The Printer Is a Clean Alternative to Thermal Transfer and Adhesive Labels

Marking equipment manufacturer in the US, Matthews Marking Systems, has introduced the new Viacode L-Series thermal inkjet printer.

The L-Series provides high native print resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and has various ink types and colors available.

According to the company, the printer is a clean alternative to thermal transfer and adhesive labels for packaging and industrial applications marking onto paper, chipboard, corrugated and plastics.

Second in a series of printers developed on the Viacode platform, the L-Series enables complete management of enterprise marking and coding operations.

Matthews Marking vice president of sales & marketing Liz Churchill said, "This new platform makes our equipment smart, simple, and scalable. The unique advantage is the upgrade path across technologies, production lines, and facilities, making a system investment very secure."
