Prime minister Li Keqiang investigated at the scene of the shanghai-kunming high-speed rail construction in changsha on July 3. The railway crossing poor areas such as qinba mountains, wuling and liupanshui, will drive farmers out of the mountains to seek new development.
After the completion of the railway,it will be the longest high-speed east-west mileage in our country, the miles from Shanghai to kunming will be shortened into 28 hours. Li said to the workers, "You, the big hero of the country, have done this great career which creating new speed in China. You are both high the iron builders and the beneficiaries."
Li has pointed out that promoting the Midwest railways will help promote structural adjustment and strengthen the weak links of major projects which is the important measure of controlling of orientation.Seizing the advantage of the relatively low cost of raw material, promoting the construction of major projects with good quality, raising living things, those will help expanding a bigger space for the sustained and healthy development of the economy.
Hearing the equipment has been exported overseas and will be long-term focused on "selling" overseas Chinese equipment, Li Keqiang said:" China's abroad quipment and standards are driving the development of economy,it will also raising the ambition of the Chinese people!"
