Adata on January 8 Reported Consolidated Revenues of NT$2.893 Billion for December

Memory module maker Adata on January 8 reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.893 billion (US$96.4 million) for December, rising 11.16% on month and 10.71% on year, according to the company.

Adata posted consolidated revenues of NT$8.493 billion for the fourth quarter, increasing 2.63%, and NT$33.525 billion for 2013, growing 18.89% on year.

Adata has two product lines, DRAM modules and NAND flash models. Revenues proportion for DRAM modules stood at 54.78% for December, 52.14% for the fourth quarter and 56.93% for the whole year, Adata said.

While prices for NAND flash modules are inclined to fall, PC-use DRAM module prices are on the rise due to OEMs and retail channels replenishing inventories, and a lack of new production capacity, Adata indicated.

Adata has stepped into LED lighting and is exhibiting LED lighting products at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show for the first time.
