US-based Seattle Cider Company is set to roll out Citrus, the first addition to its year-round lineup.
Joining Dry and Semi Sweet in 16-ounce cans and on draft, Citrus is the first "infused" cider to be offered year round.
Citrus will intially be available in Seattle from 14 April, while it will be available in all other markets where the company has presence from 4 May.
Seattle Cider Company founder Joel VandenBrink said: "This cider is perfect for summer. We've wanted to add a 'infused' cider to our year round lineup for a while now and we know Citrus will be a hit thanks to its refreshing flavor and uniquely dry palate. Plus, the 16-ounce cans are perfect for patios, hiking or whatever outdoor activity you enjoy."
With 6.5 ABV and 1.3 Brix, Citrus is made of Washington apples, and fermented with dried orange, lemon, and grapefruit peel for a light and refreshing flavor.
