US-based Black Earth Meat Market is recalling about 99 pounds of beef tongue products,as the tonsils may have not been completely removed.

The products associated with the recall include Black Earth Meats Natural Beef Tongues and Black Earth Meats Local Beef Tongues, bearing Est.34379 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
These products were produced on 8 October 2012,11 October 2012,17 October 2012 and 18 October 2012 and were distributed to a restaurant in Wisconsin and a distributor in Illinois.
The problem was discovered during a regular food safety evaluation at the establishment.
