Indian car maker Maruti Suzuki has unveiled a new refreshed version of its Ritz Diesel that is powered by a 1,248 cc DDiS diesel engine.
According to the company, the new hatchback comes with an improved fuel efficiency of 23.2kmpl in diesel, offering 10% improvement in fuel efficiency.
The company's engineers have used reduced friction engine and calibration optimisation in order to improve the fuel efficiency from 21.1 kmpl to 23.2 kmpl for the new Ritz Diesel.
The refreshed model comes with 52 new changes like a front design, dual tone interiors, ZDi variant, multi-information display on instrument panel, audio system with USB, electrically adjustable rear view mirrors and body side moulding.
In addition, the refreshed Ritz Diesel will be offered in three new colours, including Mystique Red, Granite Grey, Breeze Blue.
