UK-based supermarket chain Waitrose is introducing a range of new lunchtime treats inspired by foods around the world.
The company noted that the new range is inspired by street foods from Jamaica,Turkey,Vietnam,Morocco,Madeira,Italy and Spain.It features roti,foccacia,pancakes,baguettes,salads,cakes and fresh fruit,among others.
In the sandwich range,the varieties include-Bánh mìbaguette,Paneer and Aloo Tikka Roti,
Tauok Chicken Salad,and Chorizo Frittata Egg Pancake.
The cake line features Portuguese cake,Orange Polenta cake,and Ginger&Lime cake,while the The snacks range includes Spiced Chicken Parcels.
The company will also be introducing a new chilled drinks variety-Coconut water with pineapple&passion fruit.The range will be available from 15th August to 7th November.
