UK-based Le Vignoble, the independent wine lounge and wine merchant has introduced a wine access system, providing perfect opportunity to celebrate Father’s day.
Coravin available from Le Vignoble (£269) The Coravin is a unique gadget for wine enthusiasts, which enables users to extract a glass of wine without removing the cork. This allows consumers to pour one glass at a time whilst the wine remains fully sealed and does not oxidise.
The perfect solution when testing a bottle saved for a special occasion, or for checking how a wine is ageing. The system was developed over 15 years, with tests carried out regularly on bottles throughout the process, and experts were unable to differentiate between bottles that had been 'coravined' years earlier and those that had not.
Based at Royal William Yard in Plymouth, England, Le Vignoble offers over 250 different wines, champagnes and liqueurs from all over the world.
Le Vignoble will be hosting the English Winemakers Event on 28th may in celebration of English Wines.
