Phoenix Silicon International (PSI) will start trading on the Emerging Stock Board of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on December 23, with a planned listing price of $55 (US$1.74), according to the company.
PSI was founded in 1997 as a provider of wafer reclaim services. The company has diversified its offerings to include solar materials and lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries.
PSI reported net profits of NT$483 million (US$15.3 million) on revenues of NT$1.41 billion for 2013, compared to the profits of NT$243 million and revenues of NT$1.17 billion posted for 2012. Net EPS for 2013 came to NT$4.68.
