Packaging solutions provider Baumann has secured a contract to supply packaging line based on its packaging systems technology for coconut plantation in Thailand.
Baumann's manufacturing plant, which has the production capacity of about 60,000t annually, will produce BPS for a range of applications and commercial production is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2014.
Both companies have agreed to leverage Baumann Packaging technology and pilot facilities in order to support the customer in the development of new solutions for the packaging market in Asia.
The company's packaging technology allows the continuous production of end of line automation packaging systems.
Recently, Baumann completed installation of new small scale coconut product packing system at Sydney in Australia.
