The Rebar Price Begin to Increase in Central Europe

With the rebound of steel and raw material price plus efforts to stabilize the price by Northern and Southern Europe, the rebar price began to increase in central Europe.

Currently, Polish mills offer €481/ton for rebar while the transaction price stays at €467~€471/ton.

With the expectation that steel price would increase, market confidence rebounded on a whole, many buyers purchased the material for replenishing.

Moreover, with the output cut by the mills, distributors estimated that the rebar price rebound would probably last till end of September or early October, reaching about €500/ton.
