Crestview Partners, a US-based private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of DS Waters of America, a beverage services provider, for an undisclosed amount.
Crestview Partners will continue to maintain DS Waters' headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
DS Waters president and chief executive officer Tom Harrington said: "As a result of this new partnership with Crestview, we are more confident than ever in our ability to expand our product and service offering and geographic reach while maintaining our outstanding customer service in metropolitan markets throughout the United States."

The transaction will allow DS Waters to strengthen its position in the direct-to-consumer beverage services market and continue its growth organically and through acquisitions across the HOD delivery, office coffee service, and water filtration industries.
DS Waters will now expand its national distribution network through sales and marketing efforts and distribution of new products and services.
Evercore acted as financial adviser to DS Waters, while Barclays and Jefferies acted as M&A advisers to Crestview Partners.
DS Waters of America is a beverage company offering bottled drinking water, water filtration and coffee services and products to homes and offices across the US.
