Carte Blanche Celebrates Debut in Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 League Table

The league table celebrates companies with the fastest growing international sales.

Carte Blanche Group is celebrating its debut in the annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table.

Published this weekend, the table ranks Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing international sales.

And this year, Carte Blanche, the team behind Me to You and Tatty Teddy has entered at number 173. Its list debut follows a 24 per cent growth in international sales over the past two years.

Marc Dubery, Carte Blanche international sales and licensing director, said: “Solid growth has come from a number of key markets including France, German and south Africa, as well as through the opening of our subsidiary offices in Australia.”

Despite this, Dubery comments that much of the growth the firm has seen has been in the Russian market, where consumers “have truly taken the brand to their hearts.”

The firm now expects this growth to continue in to 2015 and beyond with more key retailers investing in dedicated Me to You areas in their stores.

"We are thrilled to be recognised in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 for our growth and achievements in expanding the business outside of the UK,” said John Willis, Carte Blanche’s finance director.

"This has been an area of strategic focus for us with both our proprietary and licensed products.”
