Reportedly, most of the Taiwanese steel pipe makers released its March price policy on March 1st.
It’s learned that the steel pipe producers hiked the prices substantially by NT$1,000~NT$1,250/ton averagely for March in order to reflect higher raw material prices.
Among them, the prices for small-diameter black steel pipes increased by NT$1,000/ton; those for pre-galvanized steel pipe rose by NT$1,500/ton and those for galvanized steel pipes surged by NT$1,200/ton.
