The general meeting of the European Panel Federation (EPF) held from 4 to 6 July in Bordeaux was attended by only a few insulating-panel and hardboard manufacturers. According to the list of participants drawn up by the EPF for the official part of the general meeting, the companies Pavatex, Steico SE, Finnish Fibreboard, and Tarnaise de Panneaux were represented. Those companies were part of what were last roughly 20 members of the Fédération Européenne des Fabricants de Panneaux de Fibres (Feropa), which in the first half of 2012 had decided to dissolve their association and join the EPF.
