The latest data of the U.S. Energy Department (EIA) showed, supported by rich shale oil field production, U.S. crude oil production has reached the highest level in the nearly 20 years. The mature shale technology helped the United States to replace Saudi Arabia as the world's largest producer of liquid fuels last year.
