Sondrel, the system-to-silicon IC design consultancy, has announced a partnership with the University of Nottingham which will develop new IC design talent in China.
The multi-million dollar programme will provide students based at the University of Nottingham's Ningbo China (UNNC) campus with three months' intensive training covering the latest IC design methodologies and practices.
"We run a global IC design services company. One of our business models is to provide experienced engineering teams close to where the customer is located," said Sondrel's CEO, Graham Curren.
