AM Labels Limited (AML), the labelling, barcoding and software specialist based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, has produced a number of tried and tested label materials, which the company can cut to custom sizes, for use with the new Epson TM-C3500.
AM Labels has extensive knowledge in all aspects of labelling, from design to production, and is capable of producing high-quality labels tailored to each individual customer. For those that want to print labels in-house however, the Epson TM-C3500 provides the solution. AM Labels has researched the perfect materials to create stunning labels on demand using the TM-C3500, and can produce labels cut to required custom sizes.
The company has conducted tests on a range of high-quality matte, photo quality gloss paper and matte polyethylene, which have all been approved. AM Labels used water, petrol, oil and Xylene to test each material for smudging. The company found that water and oil had no effect, whilst the ink showed good resistance to petrol and Xylene.
Thank to its compact size, the TM-C3500 is ideal for creating labels for food, wine and spirit, chemical, prescription and retail. Further to the above, AM Labels also offers extensive customer support through label design, maintenance, installation and custom label sizes.
Tony Mariani, Managing Director, for AM Labels, says: "Many labels are exposed to chemicals and water, and so we wanted our customers to be sure they were purchasing the right materials to produce high-quality and resistant labels in-house. Additional materials will be tested as they become available. Our customers benefit from the fact we can produce custom sized labels, so they can be printed quickly and easily, on demand."
