National Energy Administration has held conference about development of PV power industry,deputy director Liu Qi said during the conference that National Energy Administration is to make instruction for Solar PV power industry and fully prompt development of the industry.
Aiming at the problems during the development of PV power generation,National Energy Administration will formulate and improve relevant policies and measures with other departments,to prompt healthy and sustained development of the industry.
Firstly,National Energy Administration will carry out detailed survey and evaluation work about solar energy resources with Ministry of Finance and China Meteorological Administration,providing shoring of foundation for PV power generation.
Secondly,formulation and implementation of renewable energy power quota system is also necessary system and policy guarantee for renewable energy power.The relevant departments will also formulate measures for administration of the distributed power generation project and implementation opinions for distributed PV power generation development,to accelerate development of the domestic distributed PV power generation market.
Liu Qi also suggested concentrating on construction of a group of PV power generation demonstration projects combining with construction of new energy demonstration city.Deepen reform of the electricity management system and mechanism innovation is needed to create a good system mechanism environment for development of renewable energy.
