Connell Brothers,a California-based specialty industrial ingredients marketer and distributor,has opened a food application facility in Sydney,Australia.
The new facility enables the company's food technicians to assist its customers in the formulation and development of baked goods and desserts.
Connell Brothers Australasia general manager Graham Brown said that the new facility will offer consistent service to customers and bolster the company's presence as a specialty food ingredients in Australia and New Zealand.
"We look forward to working with new and existing customers to develop food products that lead market trends and address market challenges,"Brown said.
Connell Brothers operates food ingredient application facilities in Malaysia,Philippines and Thailand.Its food ingredients segment offers a wide range of innovative ingredients for bakery,beverage,cereals,dietary supplements,confectionery,dairy applications.
