Wexxar Packaging, a division of Pro Mach, is all set to unveil its new BEL 150/505g4ss washdown protected, stainless steel semi-automatic case former and sealer.
Food and beverage plants will get the benefit of a low maintenance case former and sealer designed for washdown or high moisture environments with the new BEL 150/505g4ss.
According to the company, the system has a small footprint and includes a stainless steel frame; improved washdown enclosure, low-corrosion materials and parts, engineering-grade plastics; Dekka tape heads; and built-in safety features.
The system also features an automatic uni-drive side belt conveyor.
Wexxar Packaging general manager William Chu said the Bel 150/505g4ss meets the criteria for packaging operations in washdown or high moisture environments.
"Its small footprint fits easily into existing packaging lines and its user-friendly operation increases productivity and throughput immediately," Chu added.
The company will introduce the sealer at Pack Expo Las Vegas to be held from 23-25 September in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.
