The Yield of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih's Finished Steel Increases by 8.2% in January-July

In the first seven months of the current year, the crude steel production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian subsidiary of global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 3.6678 million mt, up 0.22 percent year on year, as announced by the company.

In addition, in the first seven months of the year ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih saw a 8.2 percent increase year on year in its finished steel output to 3.3533 million mt, while its pig iron production decreased by 0.7 percent year on year to 3.185 million mt.

In July alone, crude steel production at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih increased by 0.42 percent to 546,400 mt, output of finished steel rose by 5.3 percent to 505,900 mt, while production of pig iron moved down by 0.9 percent to 473,100 mt, all on year-on-year basis.
