Samsung is now plotting to update the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2 handsets with the recently-released Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.
Samsung Finland’s website has published a table featuring list of devices in line for the retrofit.
The webpages show the older devices will be getting Lollipop alongside those already confirmed, like the Note 4, Note 3 and Galaxy Alpha.
The site claims the the Galaxy S5 Mini is in line for the update. The Galaxy S5 is missing from the list although that’s surely an oversight given the roll out has already started in Europe.
A roll out for the Note 2 would be particularly surprising, given the device is now over two years old and Samsung tends to focus on the newer models when releasing OS updates.

GSMArena, which spotted the Finnish listing, speculates the page could represent a clerical error on Samsung’s part. We’ll keep you posted if Samsung serves up any confirmation of its Android 5.0 update plans for older devices.
