The New Gear Pump From Witte Pumps & Technology Is Easy to Clean

The new gear pump from Witte Pumps & Technology is easy to clean and is ideal for the food industry. The pump is equipped with multiple flushing ports which allows simple and efficient cleaning. The Puro series can be cleaned in place and does not need to be disassembled for cleaning. Sample applications in the food industry include margarine, vegetable oils, flavors, licorice mass or sugar solutions, as well as a number of other food components. The Puro handles products with viscosities up to 500, 000 mPas and could be used at temperatures up to 200 °C. Puro is designed for suction pressure from vacuum to 15 bar and discharge pressure up to 120 bar.
