FCS Has Appointed Maruka Machinery as Its Agent for The North American Market

Taiwan’s leading plastics machinery maker Fu Chung Shin Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. (FCS) has appointed Maruka Machinery as its agent for the North American market. The companies signed a contract on Dec. 13 at the Maruka headquarters in Osaka, Japan. Publicly listed Maruka focuses on the marketing and distribution of industrial machinery, which includes injection molding machines and tools. It runs 17 major operations in Asia and America. Maruka USA has a head office in New Jersey, as well as four branches in Los Angeles, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Kansas City. According to Maruka USA, the North American market has an average annual demand of 5,700 units of injection molding presses, with electric and hydraulic machines each taking up about half of the volume.
