The Winebow Group, a wine and craft spirits importer in the US, has acquired Purple Feet Wines for an undisclosed amount.
Purple Feet Wines will operate as a member of The Winebow Group.
Founded in 1997, Purple Feet Wines distributes and imports wines and spirits from over 140 suppliers from across the world.
Through the acquisition, Winebow has added Wisconsin to its existing distribution network, which includes Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington D.C.
Commenting on the acquisition, Purple Feet Wines co-founder Mark Bausch said: "Purple Feet Wines and its staff will benefit from an expanded offering of exciting brands and portfolios of highly respected wines and spirits, and increased levels of service and coverage.
