Milan-based thermal insulation manufacturer Thermore S.p.A. has launched Thermore Aria, an exceptionally lightweight and voluminous thermal padding suitable for ultralight down and packable down jackets. The insulation, which Thermore claims comprises 98-percent air, contains raw materials certified to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, and has been tested to be non-allergenic, highly breathable, non-toxic and free of perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonate.
