TBC Wholesale is is expanding its Hifly Win-Turi 215 studdable line and introducing two new lines for the 2014-2015 season: the Hifly Vigorous W601 studdable LT line and the studless HIFLY Win-Turi 212 line.
The company says these lines target the budget-minded consumer with a combination of superior cold weather performance and an economical price point that delivers outstanding value.
For the coming winter season the Win-Turi 215 will be expanded by 11 popular sizes in 15-inch to 17-inch rim diameters, bringing the complete line offering to 28 sizes.
Designed for compacts, sedans and smaller SUVs, the Win-Turi 215 features a directional tread design with solid center rib for smooth handling and an optimized silica based tread compound for enhanced cold weather traction.
Complementing the expansion of the Win-Turi 215 will be the introduction of the Hifly Vigorous W601 in eight high-volume LT fitments.
The W601 features an aggressive directional tread design for optimum performance in commercial and full size pickup applications. The combination of the Win-Turi 215 and Vigorous W601 expands the complete studdable Hifly winter tire offering to 36 sizes for the coming season.
Additionally, the Win-Turi 212 studless line is being introduced for the 2014-2015 season. Featuring 49 popular metric sizes and a stylish asymmetrical tread design, the Win-Turi 212 provides a high performing, high-value product option for consumers seeking an affordable studless cold weather tire.
“Today’s winter tire market is ultra-competitive, especially at the economy end of the price spectrum. But paying less shouldn’t mean giving up performance or quality,” says Jon Vance, senior director of marketing.
“With the Hifly program, dealers can sell and consumers can buy with the confidence that the tires will deliver outstanding performance and grip when the temperature drops”.
The HIFLY program is available through TBC Wholesale’s Core Brandprograms for the replacement tire market. These programs feature access to consumer and commercial products through affiliation with TBC Wholesale’s portfolio of proprietary brands including Multi-Mile, Eldorado, Cordovan, Sigma, Vanderbilt, Telstar, and Jetzon.
