Pamela's Products has launched gluten-free products – two cookie mixes and an artisan flour blend in the US.
The new products include Artisan Flour Blend, Oatmeal Cookie Mix, and Sugar.
According to the company, Artisan Flour Blend is a multipurpose flour replacement for wheat flour in most recipes. It includes 10g of whole grains per serving and is made without leavening or sugar. It is free of wheat, gluten, dairy and corn.
Available in 24-ounce bags, the blend will hit store shelves early fall, with a suggested retail price (SRP) of $5.99 and a 4 lb. bag with a SRP of $13.75.
Oatmeal Cookie Mix is made with certified gluten-free pure oats and includes 11g of whole grains per serving. Available in 13-ounce bags, the mix will hit store shelves early fall with a SRP of $5.39.
