RPC Zeller Plastik Zell has developed a new closure for personal care and pharmaceutical applications.
Part of the screw-on Classic range of polypropylene hinge tube closures, the new closure is available with a size of 25mm and matt finish.
The company also produces 50mm, 40mm, 35mm and 30mm sizes to help manufacturers create family ranges with a single closure design.
Produced by using pharma-grade material, the new 25mm closure serves as an alternative solution to traditional screw-on caps with one-handed opening option.
Suitable for both laminate and plastic tubes, the closure can also be produced with a glossy finish.
With orifice sizes of 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm, the closure is suitable for products such as creams, gels shampoos and toothpastes.
In addition, the closure can be used for promotional packs and travel packs under 100ml and hotel toiletries.
In November this year, RPC Bramlage developed a new cap leveraging advanced injection moulding technology for Roma Passione fragrance bottle.
The Roma Passione floral-fruity fragrance, which is made available in 25ml, 50ml and 100ml Eau de Toilette, is inspired by the city of Rome from Italian fashion designer Laura Biagiotti.
RPC said it designed the new Surlyn cap using advanced injection moulding technology to complement the eye-catching Roma Passione bottle.
In May this year, RPC Zeller Plastik provided trigger pumps for a section of Henkel’s laundry and home care range.
