On Monday, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued an order following the expiry review of its finding made on August 20, 2008, in Inquiry No. NQ-2008-001, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of carbon steel welded pipe from the People's Republic of China.
The CITT found that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon steel welded pipe from China were likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on this product.
