Ridgeline Energy Services Has Signed an Agreement with Kerr Energy

Ridgeline Energy Services has signed an agreement with Kerr Energy to install six water treatment facilities in Texas, US. The company's first water treatment facility will be installed on Kerr's Salt Water Disposal wells located near Monahans. Ridgeline water treatment technology developer Dennis Danzik said, "This new contract will initially set up expansion just 50 miles south of our current facility in New Mexico, and grows our company's presence further south and west in Texas. " The facility will treat produced and hydraulic fracturing flowback water, which will be reused by the oil and gas industry. Ridgeline will share water and oil recovery sales with Kerr, and the deal will allow the company to enter into the business of treating water for resale in the oil industry. The deal for all six water treatment facilities is set for seven years with a right of renewal, and will provide Ridgeline with an estimated revenue of $24m in the first five years. Ridgeline currently operates a water treatment plant close to where Kerr's first facility will be built and another in Santa Fe Springs, California. Source: water-technology.net
