Comexi, specialist in solutions for the flexible packaging industry, was awarded with an E-TECH Digital Award 2017 for its Comexi Cloud technology.
These awards, given biannually by the Associació d’Empreses de Noves Tecnologies (AENTEG), are aimed to recognize those companies, institutions, entities and people from the regions of Girona that contribute to the dissemination and development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
The awards, which this year have reached their eleventh edition, consist of ten categories such as digital reference - an award that this year has fallen to Genís Roca-, award from the public for the best initiative in local administration, award for the best application of ICT in a company, special prize from the public for the best project, product or digital service from Girona, public prize for the best Girona action on web, for the best management in language and communication in ICT, for the best marketing initiative digital located in Girona, award to recognize the trajectory of an ICT company and the best emerging ICT company. This year, 53 applications have been submitted.
Comexi has been recognized with the prize for Research and Innovation in ICT for its revolutionary product: Comexi Cloud; the jump to 4.0 industry and smart factories. This software is an innovative production control tool that provides all the data needed to manage machines and resources more efficiently, increase production, save no quality costs and increase profitability.
his software acquires automatically and without any extra equipment the data generated by the printing and converting machines dedicated to the flexible packaging sector for further study. In this way, the data can be consulted quickly and easily, from anywhere and at any moment.
