Taghleef Industries will be showcasing a wide range of specialized films at Labelexpo Europe 2017, which will be held between 25-28 September in Brussels, Belgium.
Taghleef’s films are used for packaging several food and non-food products, labels, industrial and graphic arts applications.
At the expo, the company will showcase its selection of BoPP films and Specialty Label Films range for PSL facestock applications, along with over-laminations and even In Mold Label (IML) and Wrap Around (WAL) roll-fed labels.
The films are claimed to have been designed according to labeling application, which is either over-lamination or primary print substrate and are useful for gravure, flexo, offset, UV and in some cases, digital printing as well.
Taghleef’s products include extra matte finish SoFT TOUcH with tactile properties that is claimed to be creating a smooth, soft effect.
It will introduce anti-scratch films with gloss, matte and silky-matte finishes that can be scuff, while being resistant to abrasion.
On the other hand, its anti-bacterial films offer an extra layer of protection and claim to kill 99.9% of bacteria that come into contact with the surface of hygiene, personal care and infant nutrition products.
The company will also introduce a new LSG, a white voided and high yield facestock film with high whiteness and gloss appearance.
Taghleef will also introduce its high orange peel and ultra-high yield white voided films LIU and LIX, along with LIM, which is claimed to have satin finish, under the injection and thermoforming IML films. Metallic look Titanium LTZ and LHZ complete the range, providing high impact label designs.
This will be followed by lightweight packaging, LXI ultra-high yield wrap around white voided label film and it is claimed to be a good choice for both converters and bottlers.
Taghleef Industries chief sales and marketing officer Patrick Desies said: “We are excited to showcase our high-quality Specialty Label Films at Labelexpo Europe.
