Empower Foods has recalled Empower Power Wraps and Tony Ferguson High Fibre Wraps in Australia,as the products may contain small metal pieces,according to the Food Safety Standards Australia and New Zealand(FSANZ).
Consumers have been advised to not eat this product as small metal pieces may cause injury if consumed.
The products affected by the recall are Empower Power Wraps,245g,bearing a best before date of 14 January 2013;and Tony Ferguson High Fibre Wraps,175g,bearing a best before date of 14 December 2012.
Empower Power Wraps were sold in health food stores in New South Wales,Queensland,Victoria and South Australia and online,while Tony Ferguson High Fibre Wraps were sold by chemists selling Tony Ferguson products nationally.
Consumers should not eat this product as small metal pieces may cause injury if consumed.
Customers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
