Automotive retailer Penske Automotive has acquired California based Savage BMW/MINI dealerships for an undisclosed amount.
The company said it expects the acquired dealerships to contribute about $125m in its annualised revenue.
Penske Automotive Group president Robert Kurnick said, "The acquisition of these premier BMW/MINI dealerships expands and complements our presence in Orange County, California, and provides us with an opportunity to build further scale and leverage best practices as we look to grow our operations in this important market."
According to new unit volume, Savage BMW/MINI is ranked in the 25% of BMW dealerships in US.
The Savage dealerships will operate on six acres with 48,000ft2 of facilities, 49 service bays and over 500 spaces for customer and inventory parking.
