The Yield of China's Average Daily Crude Steel Increases Has a Increase Said CISA

According to data released by China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) on July 29, in mid-July (July 11-20) this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of its member enterprises in China totaled 1.7184 million mt, up 1.4 percent compared to early July (July1-10). In mid-July, the average aggregate daily crude steel production of all steelmakers in China was estimated at 2.1303 million mt, indicating a increase of 2.3 percent or 47,300 mt compared with early July.

According to the previous figures from the CISA, in early July this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of its member enterprises in China totaled 1.6948 million mt, down 3.84 percent compared to late June (June 21-30). In early July, the average aggregate daily crude steel production of all steelmakers in China was estimated at 2.083 million mt, indicating a decrease of 4.5 percent compared with late June.

In the current year up to and including July 20, the total accumulated outputs of crude steel, pig iron, finished steel and metallurgical coke in China amounted to 431.61 million mt, 395.91 million mt, 576.61 million mt and 264.20 million mt respectively. Meanwhile, in the given period the average aggregate daily outputs of crude steel, pig iron, finished steel and coke in China were respectively 2.1473 million mt, 1.9697 million mt, 2.8687 million mt and 1.3144 million mt.
