Abbott Has Launched Perfectly Simple

American healthcare company Abbott has launched Perfectly Simple - a new line of nutrition bars under its ZonePerfect brand.

The new bars contain ten or fewer ingredients and are a good source of protein. They are free of gluten, preservatives and added coloring, the company claimed.

According to the company, Perfectly Simple nutrition bars were developed following a consumer research, in which, participants were asked to construct their ideal nutrition bar that included 10g of protein, flavors they enjoy and limited ingredients.

Perfectly Simple by ZonePerfect comes in Peanut Crunch, Cranberry Almond and Toasted Coconut flavors. It is available across the US in the nutrition aisle at grocery stores and mass merchandisers, and is sold individually, or in packs of five.

Abbott's health and nutrition brands include Similac brand of infant formulas; the Gain brand of growing-up milks; the PediaSure brand of nutrition products for children; the Ensure brand of nutrition products for adults; and Glucerna brand of nutrition shakes and bars for people with diabetes.
