Laminated glass is a kind of security glass, produced by laminating glass and PVB film through high temperature and high press process.
Product Property
1) Security: When broken by attack, the fragement of the glass is strongly laminated by the PVB film instead of flying and cause injury of people, providing protection of surrounding pesonnel.
2) Sound Insulation: PVB film is a kind of organic material, which can block sound waves. Compared with the same thickness of pure glass, laminated glass could offer better effect of sound insulation.
3) Anti-Ultraviolet: Most laminated glass could absorb 99% ultraviolet of the light transimited through it.
Application
Laminated glass is widely used for building glass walls and shop windows, aquaria walls, providing a high level of security for the building.
