Xu Zhong, general manager, GD Solar and Walt Cheng, managing director, Greater China, DuPont Electronics & Communications signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the The Renewable Energy Industries Forum (REIF), organized by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in partnership with the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) US-China Program and China's National Energy Administration (NEA).
