One of the units - the Wet Pot Bain Marie - is available in either a two or four-pot option, with each pot featuring a 4.2Ltr capacity and a front access drain valve for easy and simple emptying. This product is ideal for soups, sauces, stocks and gravy.
For chefs looking to significantly reduce running costs, the Induction Hob offers up to 90 per cent energy efficiency compared to other methods of cooking on the hob. A 0-99min timer allows for the effective slow cooking of foods such as soups and sauces.
The Countertop Fryer features a large capacity 6Ltr tank for cooking up to 8kg of frozen chips per hour.
In addition to the three units mentioned above, the Burco Plug & Go Countertop Equipment Range features a Boiling Top, Griddle and a Dry Heat Bain Marie, providing a unit to suit all needs.

With a standard depth of 600mm and a working height of 275mm, the individual units fit neatly together on the kitchen surface.
They are powered by a standard 13 amp plug for single-phase power and they have a stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning.
