Diversified Graphic Machinery (DGM) has installed cold foil with indexing technologies on a 40 inch eight-color manroland HiPrint press at Carlson Print Group in Minneapolis, US.
The technologies include Foildex Cold Foil indexing technology as well as a Filmdex, UV Cast and Cure technology.
According to the print enhancement equipment manufacturer, Carlson has also installed a UV LED System in the manroland HiPrint press.
Diversified Graphic Machinery president Michael DeBard said, "After looking at our Foildex system for many years, Carlson made the decision to move forward with DGM. Carlson is one of the only companies with this unique print enhancement technology that can run Cold Foil with Indexing, print and UV Cast and Cure simultaneously."
DGM has three operating divisions comprising its manufacturing division, partner division, and a consumables division.
