Mr Pankaj Gautam has been appointed as joint managing director & CEO of Visa Steel.
Prior to joining Visa Steel, Mr Gautam was CEO of Bhilai Steel Plant.
Mr Vishal Agarwal, currently managing director of Visa Steel has been appointed as the company's vice chairman and managing director.
The board of directors of Visa Steel Limited approved the following at its meeting held in Kolkata on December 12, 2012.
Additionally, Mr PR Bose has been appointed CEO (Coke Business). Mr Bose stepped down from the Board of Visa Steel as Deputy Managing Director and has been nominated as managing director of Visa Coke Limited.
