Statistics show that orders of Sinotruk heavy vehicles reached 47,308 units in the first quarter of this year, increased by 22.91%, due to higher market demand. Sales of complete vehicles were 49,452, increased by 15.6%. Among them were 33,604 heavy vehicles, increased by 17.37%, and 15,848 light/medium trucks, increased by 12.02%. Sales income reached 15.238 billion yuan, marking an increase of 21.41%, and total profit was 302 million yuan, increased by 364.69%. The company achieve a good start in the first quarter, under its lasting healthy operation.
For the domestic market, in 2013, Sinotruk adjusted its marketing structure in the sales department, with two brands departments and four special project groups established. In the second quarter of 2014, the company will continue to carry out its Three Year Plans for the marketing network and sales goals.
